While this is a fun hike for the entire family

there are some rules and guidelines in place for your safety.

For the Park:

• No alcohol, drugs or other illegal items allowed on the property.

• Under 18 must be accompanied by an adult

• City requires everyone in the settlement to leave by a certain time. While we do have a campfire, it will not be an all-night event.

• All items owned by Pinellas Pioneer Settlement unless purchased must be left on the property.

• We love animals of all kinds however we can only allow certified service animals into the park.

• Weapons of any kind are strictly prohibited.

For the Hike:

• For safety reasons all patrons must stay with their group unless escorted by a guide. If anyone is wandering without a guide they will be escorted from the property whether they have or have not finished the tour without refund.

• While at the camp fire do not play with flames and throw random trash or items into the fire. Please use general caution while at the fire.

Rules for recording:

• There is no flash photography or recording on devices including cellular devices without written authorization from Pinellas Pioneer Settlement and Dragon’s Head Productions. We want everyone to enjoy their time with friends and family making memories without having to worry about electronic devices flashing and recording.

Helpful Tips:

• We will be walking off path, therefore please make sure to wear shoes you are comfortable walking in. We always suggest tennis shoes or hiking shoes.

• Because it is Florida please be sure to bring bug spray you are comfortable with. We will have bug spray for sale if you forget.

• Make sure to wear clothing that is comfortable for being outside in Florida weather.
